Film Screening: "A Semester Within: Exploring Meditation" hosted by Dr. Fran Grace

The film, "A Semester Within: Exploring Meditation", takes you inside one of the first contemplative classrooms in the country located here at the University of Redlands.  The film features our very own University of Redlands students, faculty, and staff.

Why meditate?  What does meditation have to do with education?  Come and see for yourself?

The screening will be followed by a Loving-Kindness Meditation and a Q & A session.

This event is free and open to the public.

There are more than 1,700 trees on the University of Redlands campus.

In April 2010, it was designated a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. Redlands is among just three other colleges or universities in California to receive this designation.
