Visioning for Redlands

The full-event video of "Visioning for Redlands" is now available for viewing. This Redlands Forum event, hosted by Esri, University of Redlands and the University of Redlands Town & Gown, was held April 30 at Esri.

University President Ralph Kuncl, Vice President & Dean of Student Life Char Burgess and University Trustee/Adjunct Professor/A.K. Smiley Public Library Director Emeritus Larry Burgess were among the panel of local leaders which also included Esri Founder Jack Dangermond, Redlands City Manager N. Enrique Martinez, Redlands Unified School District Superintendent Lori Rhodes and Redlands Conservancy Executive Director Sherli Leonard.

Dangermond acted as moderator of the discussion, often turning to the audience for a raise of hands in response to his questions and to allow for questions to be asked. Topics discussed include public safety, education, the city's water system, trails and a new museum for Redlands.

There are more than 1,700 trees on the University of Redlands campus.
