A graduate blows bubbles

The University of Redlands awarded more than 1,300 degrees and credentials during the 2013 Commencement ceremonies.

The School of Education held its ceremony on April 18, while the College of Arts and Sciences, Johnston Center for Integrative Studies, and the School of Business ceremonies were on April 20.

School of Education

Total graduates: 311

Teaching credentials: 184 (Multiple Subject; Single Subject; Special Education; Administrative Service; Pupil Personnel Services)

Master of arts: 118 (Education: Counseling; Education: Curriculum and Instruction; Education: Educational Administration; Education: Higher Education; Clinical Mental Health Counseling)

Doctorate: 9 (Ed.D. in Leadership for Educational Justice)

College of Arts and Sciences:

Total graduates: 594

School of Business

Total graduates: 655

Bachelor of arts and bachelor of science: 254 (Bachelor of Arts in Management; Bachelor of Science in Business; Bachelor of Science in Information Systems)

Master of arts and master of science: 401 (Master of Arts in Management; Master of Business Administration; Master of Science in Information Technology)


There are more than 1,700 trees on the University of Redlands campus.

In April 2010, it was designated a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. Redlands is among just three other colleges or universities in California to receive this designation.
