What is ePayment?
ePayment is the offical way to make payments at the University which allows you to access your most recent balance and make payments online 24 hours a day.

Is my personal and payment information safe using ePayment?
Yes. University of Redlands' ePayment system is hosted on a secure server and the personal profile and payment information of students and their authorized users is kept secured using industry-leading security features.
What is an Authorized User?
Authorized users can view your account and make payments on your student account balance. Authorized users may be added and deleted as necessary, but only by the student. It is the student’s responsibility to set up authorized users for their student account. Once the authorized user is added, the authorized user will receive a welcome message from email@example.com containing the password necessary to login.
How do I establish Authorized Users on my student account?
To add an authorized user to your online payment student account:
Login to your Student Account using WebAdvisor
Click on the ePayment button
Click the Add New option under Authorized User
The authorized user you have specified will receive an e-mail notification that contains an initial ePayment password and login instructions.
Can I set up more than one Authorized user?
It is possible to have more than one user on an account. To protect the privacy of all users, users cannot view each other’s bank account information.
How do I view my eBill?
The eBill feature is coming in the fall 2014; you will be notified when this feature is available.
Can I view the current activity on my student account?
Your current balance will be displayed under the "Your Account" section of the page. To view recent payments, click on the View All button under the Your Recent Payments section.
How do I make a payment?
To make a payment, click on the "Click Here to Make Payment" button (if you want to pay a different amount than listed), or the "Pay" button (if you would like to pay the full amount) located in the Your Account Section of the page.
What types of payments are accepted through ePayment?
A student and authorized user can make online student account payments with an electronic check (ACH) or accepted credit or debit cards. The following credit cards are accepted.
(Debit cards must contain the Visa or MasterCard logo)
If I do not want to make my payment online how do I mail in a payment?
Mail checks payable to:

Please indicate the student’s ID number on the memo line of the check.
How do I pay an amount different than the "Current Account Balance" or "Amount Due"?
Select the Click Here to Make Payment button on the Your Account section, you will be routed to a payment screen where you can choose the Pay Amount.
Will I be sent a receipt?
To avoid having this e-mail sent to your junk, spam, or bulk folder, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts or white list.
I made a payment online. When will my account balance reflect the payment?
Payments are posted and recorded into the student accounting system immediately upon submitting your payment.
