What is RedlandsPay?
RedlandsPay is the official way to view your statement and make payments at the University. This service allows you to access your most recent balance and account activity, as well as make payments online 24 hours a day.

Is my personal and payment information safe using RedlandsPay?
Yes, our RedlandsPay system is hosted on a secure server and the personal profile and payment information of students and their authorized users is kept secured using industry-leading security features.
What is an Authorized User?
Authorized users can view your account and make payments on your student account balance. Authorized users may be added and deleted as necessary, but only by the student. It is the student’s responsibility to set up authorized users for their student account. Once the authorized user is added, the authorized user will receive a welcome message from firstname.lastname@example.org containing the password necessary to login.
How do I establish Authorized Users on my student account?
To add an authorized user to your online student account:
The authorized user you have specified will receive an e-mail notification that contains an initial RedlandsPay password and login instructions.
Can I set up more than one Authorized user?
It is possible to have more than one user on an account. To protect the privacy of all users, users cannot view each other’s bank account information.
How do I view my eStatement?
To view your eStatement, log in to your myRedlands account on the University's website and click on the RedlandsPay button. Your bills will be displayed in the right side of the screen under "Your Bills".
Can I have my statements mailed to me?
eStatement is the official means of providing student account statements to all Redlands students. You may obtain a paper statement by accessing your RedlandsPay account and printing a copy.
How will I know when my eStatement is ready to view?
When you have a statement ready to view, you will receive an email from email@example.com notifying you and any authorized users you have set up that you have an eStatement ready to view.
Can I view the current activity on my student account?
Your current balance and most recent activity will be displayed by clicking the click here to view transaction history button under the "Your Account" section of the page. To view recent payments, click on the View All button under the "Your Recent Payments" section.
How do I make a payment?
To make a payment, click on the Click Here to Make Payment button (if you want to pay a different amount than listed), or the Pay button (if you would like to pay the full amount) located in the "Your Account" Section of the page.
What types of payments are accepted through ePayment?
A student and authorized user can make online student account payments with an electronic check (ACH) or accepted credit or debit cards. The following credit cards are accepted.
(Debit cards must contain the Visa or MasterCard logo)
If I do not want to make my payment online how do I mail in a payment?

Please indicate the student’s ID number on the memo line of the check.
How do I pay an amount different than the "Current Account Balance" or "Amount Due"?
Select the Click Here to Make Payment button on the "Your Account" section, you will be routed to a payment screen where you can choose the payment amount.
Will I be sent a receipt?
To avoid having this e-mail sent to your junk, spam, or bulk folder; please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts or white list.
I made a payment online. When will my account balance reflect the payment?
Payments are posted and recorded into the student accounting system immediately upon submitting your payment.
