The same benefactor donated funds for dorms on several Baptist college campuses, each being called Melrose Hall. Upon his death, the identity of this benefactor was revealed to be Milo C. Treat. Prior to his death, Mr. Treat provided funding for multiple buildings on our campus, including Memorial Chapel.
