Cruise the Danube and see Budapest and Prague. Explore Amalfi, Italy. Young alums, don’t miss the Italian Espresso Tour. Adventurers plan now to fly fish in the Sierras or paddle down the Green River in a canoe in Moab, Utah. Now is the time to get out and have some fun!

A Glimpse of Life in the Shadows
 
What would you do if you moved to rural Alabama, looking for work with nothing but your bicycle?

That’s exactly what Gabriel Thompson ’01 did to write his new book, "Working in the Shadows: A Year of doing the Jobs (Most) Americans Won’t Do," which chronicles his year long experiment and experiences working in the low-wage immigrant workforce in the United States.
