Instructions for Submitting and Electronic Form

Recital Scheduling Procedure and Forms

1. All recital and pre-recital documents are available on the School of Music Web site.
2. Find an available date via R25 Webviewer.
3. Complete the Recital Contract and submit to Watchorn Hall, Room 102. 
4. Once your recital is approved the date will be entered in the calendar.
5. The School of Music office will contact you with confirmation of your recital date, time and location.
6. Complete the Pre-Recital Approval Form, *Recital & Concert Services Form,*Recital Program Form & SAI Reception Form.
7. Your Pre-recital should be schedules approximately 4 weeks prior to your recital.

Concert Scheduling Procedure and Forms

This information pertains to all ensemble concert and faculty recital scheduling.

1. Find an available date via R25 Webviewer.
2. Submit a School of Music Room Request Form to chapel_music@redlands.edu to reserve the space.
3. Complete the *Recital & Concert Services Form and the appropriate *Ensemble Program Form or Recital Program Form.
4. You may submit the roster and program notes as separate attachments. Office staff will create and duplicate the program.
5. A program is guaranteed only if the Program Template is received a minimum of 10 working days prior to the concert.

Non Degree Recital Scheduling Procedure and Forms

1. Find an available date via R25 Webviewer. 
2. Submit a School of Music Room Request Form to chapel_music@redlands.edu to reserve the space.
3. Complete and submit the Recital Contract to Watchorn Hall room 102.

5. The School of Music office will contact you with confirmation of your recital date, time and location. 
6. Complete the *Recital & Concert Services Form, *Recital Program Form & SAI Reception Form .

 Instructions for submitting an electronic form

1. Download or save the document to your computer. You may wish to "save as" or rename the document for clarity.
2. Open the document on your computer.
3. Enter as much information as possible in the form, saving frequently.
4. Email chapel_music@redlands.edu and be sure to include the document as an attachment.
