January 24 & 25, 2014

Registration Options

Full festival includes all meals and events plus a ticket for a performance of The Giver in an on-campus theater $175 ($190 after January 10)

Friday, January 24 1-day registration includes all meals and Friday events plus a ticket for the Friday, 8:00 p.m. performance of The Giver in an on campus theater $120

Saturday, January 25 1-day registration; includes all meals and Saturday events plus a ticket to 2:00 p.m. performance of The Giver in an on campus theater $95

Student Price with valid Student I.D; ( Does not include meals; does not include a ticket for The Giver; limited space available) $25

Register Together Option: only available for full festival and only until January 10; Three people may register together for $150 each.

SCBWI Members
All members of SCBWI get a $15 discount on individual registration for the full Festival. If you are eligible to register as a SCBWI member, click here to register for the full Festival.

Aesop pictureWriter/Illustrator Package
All members of SCBWI get a $15 discount on individual registration for the full Festival. If you are a Published Author or Illustrator, the Festival is offering a special package for you to take advantage of networking opportunities with teachers, librarians, and other interested members of the community. Click here for more information

To register for the festival complete the following steps:

Confirmation
Payment is due at the time of registration. Confirmation letters and maps will be sent by email. If you don't receive them, please call (909) 748-8791 or email festival registrar Jackie Graham.

P.O.'s: To be billed for registration fees, submit a purchase order referencing this conference and attach a registration form for each attendee.

Scholarships
A limited number of partial scholarships are available. If you need a scholarship in order to attend, please mark that box and return your registration immediately.

Deadlines
Registration closes at 4 p.m. on Monday, February 25.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be refunded only if written cancellation notification is received at least 7 days prior to the festival. A $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation.

Overnight Accommodations 
The Ayres Hotel Redlands is conveniently located nearby and offers guests registered for the Festival a special rate of $59 per night (regular price $129 per night!) Rates include a complete breakfast buffet. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 909-335 9024. Additional information is available on their website: www.ayreshotels.com.

Additional nearby overnight accommodations are also available.
