2014 Commencement Information


The University of Redlands is hosting the 2014 School of Education Commencement events on April 23-25, 2014, at our Redlands campus. All eligible students are highly encouraged to participate in these events.

Commencement is a ceremonious event where the University formally honors students and recognizes their recent academic accomplishments in the presence of families, friends, peers, staff, and faculty.

RSVP for the Commencement Activities by Friday, April 11.

The Commencement Dinner is on Wednesday, April 23 at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $22 each and the deadline to RSVP and pay is Friday, April 11. Commencement dinner tickets can be purchased online.

The Commencement ceremony will be held in the Alumni Greek Theatre at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 24. Name card pick up begins at 4 p.m. and line up is at 4:30 p.m. in front of the Administration Building.

Baccalaureate is a non-denominational service for all University graduates held at 5 p.mFriday, April 25 in the Chapel. Graduates should line assemble on the Hall of Letters North Lawn at 4:30 p.m. in full regalia. Family and friends should proceed directly to the Chapel. The service lasts one hour and seating is limited.

Cap, gown, and tassel along with other graduation related items can be purchased at the University Bookstore. They are also available to order online. Personalized announcements require extra time.
