Adaptation

Mitch McKee's education in the School of Business was the key to responding to professional change.

Transcript of the video interview:

"In emergency services, we have to deal with constant changes in technologies, practices, services and demands. To keep my skills current, I checked out several business programs but chose the University of Redlands because of its program content, the fact that it was affordable and because classes were offered when and where it was convenient for me. I was also impressed by the University’s consistent ranking by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top regional universities in the West. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Redlands graduates within our city government and the fire department, and I found them to be articulate, confident and forward-thinking. They always get the big picture. And that’s what I wanted."
