New Zealand - Business Administration "Down Under"

Travel Dates: May 3-19, 2013

This year, the School of Business introduces a new program to our growing line-up of study-abroad opportunities. The country of New Zealand might look small on a world map, but boasts vibrant business culture noted for its innovation and world-class products and services.

Located in the South Pacific Ocean, New Zealand is comprised of two main islands. The North Island is home to the majority of New Zealand’s four million people. It’s known for its beaches, islands, volcanoes and geothermal areas, and for showcasing the country’s Maori heritage.

The North Island’s major cities, Auckland and Wellington, are exciting business hubs offering a wide range of academic and corporate possibilities. The South Island is famous for its dramatic landscapes and wildlife. The Southern Alps stretch almost the length of the island, sheltering glaciers and alpine lakes.

Our incredible journey will take us from the city of Auckland in the north to Queenstown in the south and will focus on many aspects of New Zealand business, from clean technology to the creative industries (film, television and apparel).
