Master of Arts in Management
Managers and future managers need critical knowledge and skills to launch and sustain successful careers. The Masters of Arts in Management (MA) program emphasizes the qualitative skills of management. This program is especially valuable for professionals who have been promoted from a technical position and need to learn how to manage, as well as for experienced managers who wish to deepen their knowledge of the human side of management.

Master of Business Administration
The Redlands MBA (Master of Business Administration) program addresses the unique challenges that you will face in an increasingly fluid, technology-driven and global environment. With a careful blend of conceptual knowledge, critical thinking skills and practical exercises, you will focus on developing the skills you need to apply business knowledge in many different situations, communicate effectively, understand multiple perspectives of a problem, and use ethical reasoning to determine how a proposed solution may affect your company and the wider community. At Redlands, you will learn not only to think critically, but to take that level of thinking and effect change in socially and ethically responsible ways.

Master of Science in Information Technology
The Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) is an innovative two-year degree program designed to meet the ever-changing needs of today's businesses. With more and more programming positions being outsourced to overseas companies it is more important than ever that U.S. based workers develop the skills and attain the knowledge required to remain and excel in the technology field. The University of Redlands School of Business discusses current topics with top academics and conducts surveys of prominent industry leaders. Through this process, one is assured that students will learn current in-demand skill sets while gaining a broad-based education with a solid ethical foundation to enable them to grow and excel throughout their lives.
