Center for Business GIS and Spatial Analysis Faculty Seed Grants

The Center for Business GIS and Spatial Analysis (GISAB) seed grants support University of Redlands full-time faculty and adjunct faculty in the Business School and other schools or college of the university who seek to investigate research problems in the broad areas of business applications of GIS, spatial information science for business and economics, and practice. Items eligible for funding include, but are not limited to documents, reports, data sets, software, supplies, field trips, travel related to the project, research assistance, and other related expenses. Funding applications can be accepted for the 2012-2013 academic year.

There are more than 1,700 trees on the University of Redlands campus.

In April 2010, it was designated a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. Redlands is among just three other colleges or universities in California to receive this designation.
