Weekly Community Classes

The following weekly class is free and open to students, faculty, staff and the community.  No yoga or meditation experience is required.  This class is easy, effective, and enjoyable.  You are not required to attend every week.

University benefits eligible employees can earn 5 self-reported Healthy U points for each class they attend.

Weekly on Tuesdays, 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm
