Mel Alonzo, J.D. joined the City of Moreno Valley in 2005 as the city's first risk manager. Prior to this he worked as the risk manager for the City of Santa Clarita. He has over 10 years of risk management experience, including workers compensation administration and general liability claims management in the public sector.
Mel holds a bachelor's degree in public administration and a teaching credential from California State University, Dominguez Hills, a master's degree in public administration and juris doctorate degree from the University of Northern Illinois.
Robert Babbush, M.B.A. is the vice president of human resources for Wavestream Corporation. He has 25 years of experience in providing operational and strategic support to help entrepreneurial companies manage their growth.

Rodger Lehl, M.B.A. is a human resources analyst with the County of Riverside, an instructor at UC Riverside Extension, the chairman of the board of directors of Community Health Systems, Inc., and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He has a 25 year career in the private and public sectors as a teacher, trainer, recruiter, consultant, leader and HR professional. Bruce Matlock, J.D. has over 25 years experience as an attorney specializing in human resources. Barry also serves as the administrator of CalPACS, an online compensation and benefits database having over 120 local government members in Southern California. For 20 years he has been an instructor in compensation management, performance management and human resources management at the University of California, Irvine in business management and at the and University of California, Riverside .

Prior to founding Pratt & Associates, she was vice-president of human resources and administration for the electronic components division of Toshiba in Irvine.
