Holly Burgess is a visiting assistant professor in the business administration and accounting department. Holly previously worked as a senior organizational development and training specialist at Esri, where she designed, delivered, and evaluated employee learning and development initiatives. She facilitated numerous training programs in the area of performance management, behavioral interviewing, leadership, and coaching. Holly’s experience also includes working for a large human resources consulting firm, where she established and expanded business partnerships with several organizations across industry areas.
