5th Annual Women’s and Gender Studies Student Conference
We will be hosting our Fifth Annual Women’s and Gender Studies Student Conference in celebration of Women’s History Month on Friday, March 22, 2013.  The conference dinner with keynote speaker will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013. The primary goal of this conference is to provide a forum for students to present their work in Women’s and Gender Studies.  We invite you to join us for….

The keynote speaker is Inés Talamantez, an expert in Native American and cross-cultural philosophy and religion and a member of the Mescalero Apache tribe. The title of her talk will be "Building Reciprocal Feminist Theory: Gathering Indigenous Women's Knowledge in the Americas" and hopes to bring feminists together under issues common to us all.

*The dinner is sold out.  You are welcome to hear the keynote speaker at 7pm.
