Dr. Moenius joined the faculty of the University of Redlands in the fall of 2005.  Before that, he taught at the Kellogg School of Management.  He was also a visiting scholar at the University of Tokyo.  Dr. Moenius is an international trade economist by training with a strong empirical focus.  In his research, he is interested in how domestic institutions affect international trade.  He has also done work on platform technologies as well as political institutions.
