Bulldogs Launch New Athletics Web Site
The University of Redlands Athletic Department officially joined the PrestoSports family today by launching its athletics-specific Web site at www.goredlands.com.  The Bulldogs join Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges, Whittier College, Caltech, Occidental College and the University of La Verne as members of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) who have already signed on with PrestoSports. | More
Bulldogs Fall in the Championship Game of the First-Ever SCIAC Softball Postseason Tournament
After winning two games on Friday, the Leopards of the University of La Verne faced off against the University of Redlands in the championship game of the 2008 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Postseason Tournament.  After rallying back from the losers’ bracket with a 6-5 victory over Pomona-Pitzer, the Bulldogs faced the daunting challenge of taking two from La Verne in the ensuing championship.  Redlands prevailed in the first of the double elimination series, 3-0, but La Verne hung on for the 5-4 win in the final game. | More

With a 17-7 trouncing over Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, the Bulldog women’s lacrosse team extends its streak to six games.  During its fourth consecutive road game, Redlands took down the Sagehens with a nine-goal outburst in the second half. | More
Senior Natalie Calderon Named SCIAC Athlete of the Week and Track & Field Female Athlete of the Year
It was announced this morning that senior Natalie Calderon (Pasadena, CA) was named the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Female Athlete of the Week for her outstanding performances at the 2008 SCIAC Track & Field Championships.  In addition, the coaches unanimously agreed that she was also the SCIAC Track & Field Female Athlete of the Year due to her impressive contributions throughout the conference season. | More
Men’s Golf Finishes Second at SCIAC Championships
On the heels of medalist honors by junior E.J. Stenftenagel (Indian Wells, CA), the Redlands men’s golf team finished second at the 2008 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Championships on Monday.  Playing 36 holes at Los Serranos Country Club, the Bulldogs accumulated a team score of 573, which was 14 shots off of the lead by defending conference champion University of La Verne.  | More
Women’s Lacrosse Concludes Northwest Trip with Victory
The Redlands women’s lacrosse team concluded a three-game Pacific Northwest road trip on Saturday with an exciting 10-9 victory over the University of Puget Sound (WA). Three Bulldogs combined for the team-lead in goals with freshman attack player Christy Smith (St. Louis Park, MN), sophomore midfielder Haley Kern (Portland, OR), and freshman midfielder Rosie Breen (Portola Valley, CA) providing two scores apiece. | More
Redlands Women’s Tennis Earns First-Round Bye in NCAA Championships
It was announced earlier today that the University of Redlands women’s tennis program advances onto the NCAA Championships as the second-place team from the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC).  The Bulldogs enjoy a first-round bye at the six-team regional hosted by Pomona-Pitzer Colleges. | More
Redlands Softball Hosts First-Ever SCIAC Postseason Tournament
By winning the 2008 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Championship, the Bulldog softball team earned the right to host the first-ever conference postseason tournament. The inaugural double-elimination event takes place on Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3, at the Softball Field of Dreams at the University of Redlands.  | More
